Welcome to Icelandic Gift Store (the "Store"), operated by When in Iceland ehf. ("we," "us," or "our"), Hlíðarsmári 19, Kópavogur, 201, Iceland. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

All products sold on this Store are produced on demand by our print-on-demand partner, Printify, and its network of production facilities. Product images are representative; actual colors and finishes may vary slightly due to screen display settings and manufacturing processes.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Icelandic Króna (ISK) unless otherwise noted at checkout, and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of a product.

3. Payment

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of order, as production begins shortly after your order is placed.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for details on damaged, defective, or lost items. Because products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for reasons other than a defect or production error.

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this Store are the property of When in Iceland ehf. or its licensors and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, When in Iceland ehf. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Store or the products purchased through it.
