Made to Order

Every product in our store is produced on demand once you place your order — we don't keep pre-made stock. This means your item is printed and assembled just for you, which takes a little longer than shipping from a warehouse shelf, but means less waste and a product made specifically to your order.

Production Time

Most items take 2–7 business days to produce before they ship, depending on the product (wrapping paper and puzzles are typically faster; larger home decor items can take longer during high-demand seasons like the winter holidays).

Shipping Time & Rates

Once your order ships, delivery times and costs depend on your location and the specific product, since different items are produced and shipped from different facilities:

Iceland: free standard shipping
United States & Canada: typically 5–10 business days after production
Rest of the world (including the EU and UK): typically 7–20 business days after production, depending on destination

Exact shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and cart contents. You'll always see the final shipping cost before you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Multiple-Item Orders

If your order contains items that are produced by different facilities, they may arrive in separate packages, at different times. You won't be charged extra for this — it's simply a result of how made-to-order production works.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside of Iceland may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
